Question X-browser Not able to login

Hi,
I am in a problem. i have got Solaris 10 and Solaris 8 Machines with me.
I have created many users on the servers.
I login to solaris servers via putty and xbrowser from a windows desktop.
With Putty all works well for all the users.

Problem is that my 'abc' user is able to see the GUI desktop of my machine via x-browser but 'xyz' user fails to.

For 'xyz' user, It prompts me for username and password, after that it wait for long time and then a black screen comes.

  1. I am loading the same profile for both users as far as i know.
  2. when i login with Failsafe mode the terminal gets opened but not the desktop interface.

Is there any user specific settings which needs to be made the get the user logged in via x-browser?
Or suggest me the things i can check?
