M4000 fault
Hi Guys and Gals,
Can someone help me possible?

Trying to power up an M4000 and it comes up with xscf fault (reason=0) it then just hangs there.


Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hardware error ?
try to google on keys like "xscf fault (reason=0)"
Otherwise open a call to your vendor.

Sorted, rogue scsi cable causing, strange but once they were both unplugged it booted?????????

xscf has nothing to do with scsi! what kind of firmware do you have on the xscf?

fmadm on an M4000
