Bug Open Solaris

Can anyone guide me what are the system requirement for open Solais and from where i will find is DVD or CD.

I wanna learn it as system Admin.

Do please guide me if some one knows anything about it.

It may seem very similar to Ubuntu because the desktop environment is gnome based and they have a lot of the same command line utilities however they are very different in some ways. If you want to learn system administration I would recommend downloading Solaris 10 because you will be more likely to see it in a production environment and it is free to download from Sun.

As the next Solaris release is expected to be based on OpenSolaris, it is not a bad idea to experiment with it too.
OpenSolaris is also much more convenient to install and use on PCs, especially laptops.

I would like to install earlier version of Sun OS. like SunOS 5.6. How can I get it?

Why ? They are no more distributed or even supported anyway.
