Solaris ISO image

Hi All,

Can anyone give me the lnik to download the iso image file Solaris 10 .

I need to install it on my local machine .

Pls help me out.

query on installation

hi ,i have query can Sun OS be install on normal intel machine??

i have heard solaris only requires sun solaris machine.

can it be installed in VM ware???

PLease let me know it is very important for me ,since i want to install sun and do some handson on it and not want to spoil my live server.Smilie

Hi Ronsy84.
Well I Install in a VMWARE the solaris, I have a Laptop HP 530, and I installed a Vmware (Worstation version 6) after that I installed the Sun Solaris 10, I don't have any problem to install it.
Also I Have a PC (PCChip Mainboar i386) I and also be installed, but in this machine have a little problem, I try to solve its with the help of this excellent forum.

You might also use VirtualBox, which supports Solaris both as host and guest.
