I'm trying to exclude 'BACKUP', 'STORE', 'LOGGER' folders while searching for all files under a directory "/tmp/moht"
Once a file is found I wish to display the filename, the size of the file & the cksum value.
Below is the command, I'm using:

I'm using sed to do find and replace. But since the file is huge and i have more than 1000 files to be searched, the script is taking a lot of time. Can somebody help me with a better sed command. Below is the details.

Hello,
i have a a1000 connected to an e6500. There's a raid 10 (12 disks) on the a1000.
If i do a
dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/1 bs=1024k count=1000
and then look at iostat it tells me there's a kw/s of 25000.
But if i do a
dd of=/dev/zero if=/mnt/1 bs=1024k count=1000

Hi,
I have sort command that sorts in ramdisk created by a script 'mktd' and later unmounted by script 'rmtd'. The platform is AIX.
# code
sudo -E mktd 44 # create ramdisk of size 44GB
sort ... -k1,1 -2,2 ... # sort a file using the ramdisk on keys 1 and 2
sudo -E rmtd # unmount... (1 Reply)

I am trying to mount the ramdisk for sorting, and i get the message "ramdisk already defined." What exactly is /dev/ramdisk0 and is it safe to remove it?

DESCRIPTION
grid.py is a parameter selection tool for C-SVM classification using the RBF (radial basis function) kernel. It uses cross validation (CV)
technique to estimate the accuracy of each parameter combination in the specified range and helps you to decide the best parameters for
your problem.
