GlassFish 2.1 (Default branch)
GlassFish is Sun's reference implementation of a Java EE 2 application server. It is production quality and has very good performance. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:
This release is an enabler for SailFin 1.0. Around 500 issues have been fixed. Several quality improvements were made, including a newer Shoal Group Management Service (GMS) and more robust Session Replication. MQ version 4.3 has been integrated. Image

2. Solaris

Invalid Argument and glassfish

I tried to install glassfish on Solaris 10 and it worked fine on other instances. I got the below message bash-3.00# ./sjsas-9_1_01-solaris-sparc.bin -console bash: ./sjsas-9_1_01-solaris-sparc.bin: Invalid argument I logged on as root and the file has execute permission. NAME

       podspell - a formatter for spell checking Pod(Plain Old Documentation format)

SYNTAX

       podspell <filename.pm>

DESCRIPTION

       podspell is an implementation of Pod::Spell(3pm); it is a Pod formatter whose output is good for spell checking.

       podspell  could	be  use to pipe an output to spell(1) or ispell(1), or can be use to redirect the output to a file (ej.  > temp.txt ), and
       then open the text file in your word processor for spell-checking.

       podspell is provided by Pod::Spell Module package.
