checksysreport 1.0-2 (Default branch)

Image checksysreport performs some automatic tests against a directory containing an untarred Red Hat Enterprise Linux sysreport. You will need a valid Red Hat Network login in order to use it, as it fetches information from RHN using the RHN API (see https://rhn.redhat.com/rpc/api/). A graphical tool, yadarh, is also included: it uses the cache generated by checksysreport to display RPMs in a given channel and lets you browse them to have a list of errata and new entries in changelogs that come with other versions of the same package. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:
Issues where fill_cache_packages did not cope with XML-RPC server errors or RHN satellite were fixed. yadarh and checksysreport are now z-stream aware. Base channel detection is first attempted using RHN. There is no longer a length limitation for package versions and releases. yadarh no longer quits when there is an exception in the background thread or when searching for invalid regular expressions.Image
