but that still leaves the question as for what the ubuntu package is

i'm not entirely savvy enough with the package manager to figure it out, could someone search for it for me, and tell me what parameters they used (so i can learn to do it myself!)

i know that ubuntu has a package search site here but I'm not entirely sure how to search for it!

so I'm not sure still where the dictionary file is on my machine...any help? just curious...

If you haven't installed it, there isn't one.

Use locate words to see if it's in an unusual place.

Check also for a file named "linux.words".

it's split up very oddly in my installation

i just used the two files that were used on that spiffy online tool!

now, how would i alphabetize a list and remove duplicate entries?
