You rock man,I am using Fedora core 9 and syntax is valid for fedora core 9 and readhat,thx,I use /o=w because old syntax was deprecated according to man page old was. +o=w

i show you my code

find /var/www/html -type d -perm /o=w | while read DIR
do
echo $DIR $(cd "$DIR"; ls *.html *.php 2>/dev/null | wc -l)
done


Output

/var/www/html/test3 3
/var/www/html/test3/abc 2
/var/www/html/test3/gallery 0
/var/www/html/test/abc 1
/var/www/html/test2 1
# 9
