I installed RHEL 6.0 OS on vmware with CREATE CUSTOM LAYOUT option. And I gave the space to different mount points as mentioned below:

/boot 200MB
/tmp 3072 MB
swap 1024 MB

hi,
When I try to go to het ksh shell i get het errror below.
Deleting, reinstalling via apt-get does'nt work.
Manually deleting and then reinstalling also does'nt work.
Any seen this error before?

grep: RE error 11: Range endpoint too large.
Whats my mistake?
Is the position 376 to large for grep???
