Your problem would be immediately obvious to us if you had shown us the diagnostic messages that were produced when you ran the script. But, without that, one obvious problem is missing quotes around a pathname containing spaces. Telling us "I am getting some errors from perl file." (when you're getting errors from the shell; not from perl) doesn't help. Telling us "the command make a mess" doesn't help. Showing us the output it produces in CODE tags would help a lot! If my guess is correct, the following should work:
Code:
find "/mnt/disck/new files" -name perl.pl | while read FN; do "$FN"; done

Update for another problem that might or might not have been obvious if we had been shown the diagnostics produced...

But, of course that executes each of the desired perl.pl files, but it doesn't invoke it while sitting in the directory in which it is located. So, this might work better:
Code:
find "/mnt/disck/new files" -name perl.pl | while read FN; do cd "${FN%/*}" && ./perl.pl; done

If this doesn't work, PLEASE show us the exact output produced when running it (in CODE tags) so we have a better clue as to what might be wrong.
