                       2 53
                       2 34
                       2 45

I might be slow, but i am at a loss how the second format comes from the first. Could you please explain (in simple words) what you want to have done? Soemthing like i want to take the first lines content and combine it with .... summing over ... and print the result indented by X spaces would help very much.

Thank you.

PS: now, with your latest change, it begins to make sense, even to me: you want to take the first element of any line starting at pos1, then combine this with every following "word" and print the result in separate lines.

Then show us what you are trying instead of what you have tried. We cannot tell you what you do wrong without knowing what you do (obviously).
