Sort outlook dump of emails based on date

Greetings! I have an export of an outlook database in text format. The emails however did not export by date and are all scattered in a massive file. I am hoping somebody out there could help me with a command that could sort the file based on the date.

Here is the format of the email contents:

You might consider this free tool that exports to CSV format.

Redirecting to http://www.codetwo.com/freeware/outlook-export/

If not you may have to write an awk script that turns the text file into a CSV delimited/record oriented. Then you could sort by date.

I'm guessing that if an email was a reply/forward to another email that "contents...." would also contain "Sent: <datestring>".

Is there any easy way to identify where the contents starts and ends for each email in this text file?
