: setting the input field separator as comma

BEGIN{OFS=FS}

Setting the Output field separator to be same as Input field seperator
Code:
gsub(/"/,"",$25);

Here i removed all the characters " in 25th column using gsub
so 25th column became like below
Code:
"1","2","3",.........,123 Tom  is Good boy,"26",........,"45"

Code:
 sub(/.*/,"\"&\"",$25)}

: using sub i replaced everything in 25th column to start and end with character "
and finally "1" to print the output
