Request to check: find common and write before it
Hi all,

I have 2 big files with such kind of inputs

File I
Quote:
CAD wer
CAD hfd
RA dfg
RA ejkhfr
HT wer
HT dfg
CD jgh
CD wer
T1D wer
T2D wer
BD wer
File II

Quote:
wer
dfg
jgh
ejkhr

I want the output file shuld contain

Quote:
wer HT,CAD,CD,T1D. T2D,BD
hfd CAD
fg HT,RA

ejkhfr RA
Please let me knw scripting regarind this

i dont know what is the use of 2nd file ?

if you want only the 2nd file patterns, then use fgrep to the output of awk command
