Shell Programming and Scripting

Hi,
I know grep, but I could not get the following using grep. I'm little bit weak in AWK.

I have a file with numeric, alphabets([a-z] or [A-Z]) with semicolon ";" as separator. How do I get the record that may have bad characters/String along with good characters/String

Eg.

File1.txt
=======
12345;abc;DEF;123abc456;
ABCDEF;23456;%&^*;123456;
ABC;2345;xyz;4568;
abcdef;ABCABC;45678
abc;93^&*503;#$#%#&$;LK!@#@DLS;

Result
=====
ABCDEF;23456;%&^*;123456;
abc;93^&*503;#$#%#&$;LK!@#@DLS;

[:alnum:] == printable characters
[:cntrl:] == control characters

So, I am thinking about a

Code:

grep "[:cntrl:]"

to get at lines that have control characters. Or,

Code:

grep "![:alnum:]"

to get what is not printable.
