Print lines between two lines
Hello,
I have a big file. Somewhere in middle has line that says 'START'. Then after some lines there is line that says 'END' and there a lines after it.

I want to print the whole block between START and END (both lines also inclusive)

Assuming that -
(a) there's only one occurrence of the "START" .. "END" block
(b) "START" and "END" are on the entire lines by themselves
