Error Comparação de arquivos txt.
Olá, eu estou com problemas em fazer a leitura de dois arquivos txt, os mesmos possuem registros de funcionários linha a linha, preciso fazer a leitura de um dos arquivos que é antigo e comparar com a nova base no arquivo novo, deletando as linhas no arquivo antigo, para depois juntar no arquivo novo os dados do arquivo antigo e gravar no sistema de BD.

Sou novo em Shell, agradeço a ajuda.
