Hi,

-d and -v both options are coming illegal for me.
I am working in ksh.
with -u option -> date -u 20080630 6 month ago +%Y%m%d
error coming like date: bad conversion

Hi,

I have tried below steps-
D="20080531"
date -d "$D 6 month ago" +%Y%m%d

But an error is coming like Invalid option..
It means -d option is not working for me. I am working in ksh.
