The processing of the sids can be simplified by getting both parameters in one pass through oratab. This removes the chance of similar named sids giving false matches.

Code:

As I said. The reason is this: the token for the end of the here-doc can be anything (literally). Since the very same token can also appear anywhere within the here-doc, you need something to signify when you really mean it. And this is done by placing the token in the very first column, without any other text on the line.
