Something like this?

Code:
awk '/Good/{c=5;next}c && c-- > 0' file

# 3

or may be sed...
Code:
sed -n '/Good/{g;N;N;N;N;N
p
}' filename

awk '/Good/{c=4;next} c-->0 ' file1.txt

Thanks to Franklin

Code:
$sed -n '/Good/,+5p' filename
Good
1
2
3
4
5
