for loop probelm
for index in `find /technologies -name *.jar | grep "/lib"`; do echo "$index"; done


sometimes its throwing error saying

find: paths must precede expression
Usage: find [-H] [-L] [-P] [path...] [expression]

but i execute same in cmd prompt its working

Quote the pattern:

Code:
for index in `find /technologies -name '*.jar' | grep "/lib"`
do
    echo "$index"
done

(That script will have problems if any filenames contain spaces.)
