error: Failed dependencies:
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.7)(64bit) is needed by device-mapper-multipath-libs-0.4.9-56.el6_3.1.x86_64
rpmlib(FileDigests) <= 4.6.0-1 is needed by device-mapper-multipath-libs-0.4.9-56.el6_3.1.x86_64

when i installed the below version of device-mapper-multipath the other rpm's were all installed from the installation dvd.

device-mapper-multipath.x86_64 0.4.7-34.el5_5.6

insert your cd into the system and mount it, create a yum repo using the packages on it, try the yum install command again to see if it picks the dependancies up from the cd/dvd?
