I have failed many times on install red hat in virtual machine, can anybody provide the good image file of red hat?

Have you tried Red Hat Network???

You'll need to register before you can download anything, but the ISOs are free.

FWIW, only RH9 and RH7 are available nowadays.

Using either RH 7 or RH 9 are total wastes of time. I'd suggest you go look at CentOS as it is a binary equivalent of RHEL. Both RH 7 and 9 are seriously out of date and have potential security issues as well.
