Compiler License Issues

Although not strictly about the process of coding in C, this forum seemed the most appropriate for this topic. Apologies if that's not correct.

I have been contacted by one of my developers; they are receiving this error message on our AIX box:

4053: cc EXTRACT.c
1506-507 (W) No licenses available. Contact your program supplier to add additio
nal users. Compilation will proceed shortly.

I am now AIX genius (I'm a Linux person at heart): could anybody help me out with a solution to this problem and/or point me towards some relevent documentations. I've tried Google but the search has been fruitless.

The problem seems to be tied up with a service called `i4llmd` not running, but from thereon-in I'm lost.

`uname -a`: AIX rs60002 3 4 00239536C000

If you require any other information then please let me know.

Regards: Sam.
