Hi All

When I compile one file.pc
I meet one error

Syntax error at line 105, column 4, file PRC_SVC_CALL.pc:

I can be sure the code is okey .
I think it's just the error of oracle or something else about library

You can be sure code is NOT OKAY.

proc (the Oracle pre-compiler) is objecting to a missing } or ) or other delimiting symbol.

I use the same source code on 2 different machine with different IP
One is okey
but one appears this error
So I think the source code is okey
What is the problem ?

i could not think of this situation,

where your source code is failing in the compilation stage itself (perhaps in the pre-compilation stage)

how could the same copy be okay with another machine.

Pro-C has nothing to do with machine dependency

1. One of the include files is hosed or is different.
2. You are going from Oracle 8i to Oracle 9i or the other way around

Source is NOT just the lines you wrote - it's all of your environment.
Your source is NOT OKAY. Period.
