Currently my display name is "vasuarjula". Is there a way i can change my display name without changing my emailID and password.

Then the easy answer is that there is no simple way to change username profile within this Board. The Admin's are reluctant to commit the time necessary for all the data required, unless a VERY compelling reason.
I will leave "VERY compelling" to you to decide, but perhaps I can remember one instance over the past few years when this username change was done.

Just to add this this: The simplest answer is that the option is reserved for VIP members.

There is no other way, simple, compelling or otherwise, to change your sign-in name, short of registering a new name.
