Boot Camp 2.0: Cannot install Windows Vista with LSI Logic 4GB HBA Fibre Channel card

If you are trying to install Microsoft Windows Vista via Boot Camp 2.0 and you have an LSI Logic 4GB Host Bus Adaptor Fibre Channel card installed in your Mac, you may not be able to complete the installation.
