PAM Login denied
Hi All,

While I was trying to login to the console of my machine I got the following error messages ::

PAM console login denied
Hi All,

While logging in to my VT100 console I see the following error ::

Feb 14 04:45:58 typhoon-base-unit0 pamAuth[30302]: pam_securetty(sshd:auth): access denied: tty 'ssh' is not secure !
Feb 14 04:45:58 typhoon-base-unit0 sshd[30295]: error: PAM: Authentication failure for root from base0-0-0-5-0-11-1
Feb 14 10:45:58 typhoon-base-unit0 sshd[30298]: Connection closed by 172.24.0.11
Feb 14 04:46:18 typhoon-base-unit1 pamSession[25126]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session closed for user mtc

What is the operating system that you're using?

You need to check your pam.d settings
