XmSelectionBoxGetChild is used to access a component within a SelectionBox. The parameters given to the function are the SelectionBox wid- get and a value indicating which component to access. Specifies the SelectionBox widget ID. Specifies a component within the Selection- Box. The following are legal values for this parameter: XmDIALOG_APPLY_BUTTON XmDIALOG_CANCEL_BUTTON XmDIALOG_DEFAULT_BUTTON XmDIA- LOG_HELP_BUTTON XmDIALOG_LIST XmDIALOG_LIST_LABEL XmDIALOG_OK_BUTTON XmDIALOG_SELECTION_LABEL XmDIALOG_SEPARATOR XmDIALOG_TEXT XmDIA- LOG_WORK_AREA For a complete definition of SelectionBox and its associated resources, see XmSelectionBox(3X). RETURN VALUE

XmCreateSelectionBox creates an unmanaged SelectionBox. A SelectionBox is used to get a selection from a list of alternatives from the user and includes the following: A scrolling list of alternatives An editable text field for the selected alternative Labels for the list and text field Three or four buttons The default button labels are OK, Cancel, and Help. By default an Apply button is also created; if the parent of the SelectionBox is a DialogShell it is managed, and otherwise it is unmanaged. Additional work area children may be added to the SelectionBox after creation.
