NetworkEditor - Edits CLAM networks
SYNOPSIS
NetworkEditor [Network.xml]
DESCRIPTION
The NetworkEditor is a tool to edit CLAM networks. Those networks can be played from the same tool or from a Qt designer interface using
the Prototyper and the CLAM Qt Widgets plugin.
