NAME
revcomp - reverse complement a nucleic acid sequence
SYNOPSIS
revcomp [-options] <seqfile>
DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the revcomp command. revcomp is a program that generates reverse complement of sequences.
OPTIONS
Available options: -h Help; print version and usage info.
