Creating own internet
I want to create my own internet, using the protocals still in use today. I want to have it as a dialup connection and have HUGE librarys of information on this internet along with a chat server and other minor servers... WOuld anyone be willing to help?

This is not creating another "Internet"... you are simply creating a server (and maybe a local intranet).
