Installation of Oracle on HPUX 11.31

I am having issues the below issues:-

As per the documents Preinstallation Tasks

I have linked the following files :-

# cd /usr/lib
# ln -s libX11.3 libX11.sl
# ln -s libXIE.2 libXIE.sl
# ln -s libXext.3 libXext.sl
# ln -s libXhp11.3 libXhp11.sl
# ln -s libXi.3 libXi.sl
# ln -s libXm.4 libXm.sl
# ln -s libXp.2 libXp.sl
# ln -s libXt.3 libXt.sl

# ln -s libXtst.2 libXtst.sl

Do I need to follow Preinstallation Requirements for Oracle Configuration Manager as well and if so

# more /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc

# more /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc
/var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc: No such file or directory

I am struck here plz help

       SQL::ReservedWords::Oracle - Reserved SQL words by Oracle

SYNOPSIS

	  if ( SQL::ReservedWords::Oracle->is_reserved( $word ) ) {
	      print "$word is a reserved Oracle word!";
	  }

DESCRIPTION

       Determine if words are reserved by Oracle Database.

METHODS

       is_reserved( $word )
	   Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either Oracle7, Oracle8i, Oracle9i or Oracle10g.

       is_reserved_by_oracle7( $word )
	   Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by Oracle7.

       is_reserved_by_oracle8( $word )
	   Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by Oracle8i.

       is_reserved_by_oracle9( $word )
	   Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by Oracle9i.

       is_reserved_by_oracle10( $word )
