essh and sftp problem
hi all,

i need help in this issue.

syntax:

essh $SRC_SRVR sftp ${TGT_SRVR}: ${SOURCE} ${TARGET}


using the param above got error connection close, status=225

Connection closed
STATUS=255

thing what i've done.

1. copy the id_rsa.pub of SOURCE server and paste it to authorized_keys of TARGET server which is bypassing the ssh passphrase, script works. but its not secured.

2. edited the script and tried option of sftp -o but to no avail.

now, is there a way/option that using essh and sftp which passphrase will still be working?

appreciate your help.

Hi, I am doing a FTP from a Unix host to a windows host. I have generated the key in my unix server and added them in the destination host. Hi, I'm in the process of writting some scripts using sftp2 on a HP UX 11.11 machine. I've found that when I do an 'ls' command , even when in batch mode, it asks for me to 'press any key to continue or q to quit' after a screenful of data. ssh2_sftp_lstat - Stat a symbolic link

SYNOPSIS

       array ssh2_sftp_lstat (resource	$sftp, string  $path)

DESCRIPTION

	Stats a symbolic link on the remote filesystem without following the link.

	This function is similar to using the lstat(3) function with the ssh2.sftp:// wrapper in PHP 5 and returns the same values.

PARAMETERS

	      o $sftp
		-

	      o $path
		- Path to the remote symbolic link.

RETURN VALUES

	See the documentation for stat(3) for details on the values which may be returned.

EXAMPLES

	      Stating a symbolic link via SFTP
