Hammer & Screwdriver P770 HEA lose conectivity while while its very active

Dears

we have p770 running in AIX 5.3 TL11 , oracle installed in the server , some times the HEA will lose the connection for some reason we try with our local support to fix the issue but there is no luck , we change the HEA hardware but the problem still , it was running with firmware AM730_066 and we upgrade it to AM730_099 without rebooting the RACK . kindly advice .

PHP Code:
DISPLAY MICROCODE LEVEL                                                                                                                802811
IBM
,9117-MMB
The current permanent system firmware image is AM730_066
The current temporary system firmware image is AM730_099
The system is currently booted from the temporary firmware image

Which kind of HEA are you using?
Which Ports are you using (1GB or 10GB)?
Is the port attached direct to the LPAR or to a VIO-Server?
@10G - Is Flow Control enabled (on the switch too)?
