FTP folders from CD to AIX Box

Hi All ,

I would like to ftp whole folder ( which contains various sub folder and files ) from CD to AIX box.

Could you please guide me how I can do this?

tar and compress it first, then ftp. Should think about implementing scp if it is an option.

try a ftp tool such as BlueZone Secure FTP - you can just drag and drop files/folders

allows sftp (ssh - port 22), scheduling of ftp etc, lots of functionality
