it showed:/usr/bin/ksh: ./restvg: 0403-006 Execute permission denied.

I login by root.

check the permission of that file it should be
-rwx------ atleast

I change it to:
-rwxrwxr-- 1 bin bin 59889 Jun 16 2008 restvg
the orignal is
-r-xr--r-- 1 bin bin 59889 Jun 16 2008 restvg

Does the script use the "#!" notation? If so, check the permissions of the program #! references.
