I have files that are being created in a directory constantly. I want to be able write a script that would check this directory every 15 minutes and copy only the files that were newer than the files that were copied the previous 15 minutes. This module is provided for backwards compatibility with modules that depend on the interface provided by the "URI::URL" class that used to be distributed with the libwww-perl library.
