Contact Us Forum Support Area for Unregistered Users & Account Problems Not receiving my reset password Post 86601 by Perderabo on Sunday 16th of October 2005 11:20:00 AM

ranj@tcs made several posts from the same ip address as was used in this request. So I have some confidence that this may be a legitimate request. The passwords are encrypted much like with Unix itself, so I cannot see your password. I can change it, but without email, I could not transmit it to it in a secure fashion. So the email problem must be solved. At that point, the lost password procedure should work.

I sent a test email to myself and I got it. So email from the site is currently working. We may have had a temporary email problem that is now resolved. Or you may have an email problem at your end which needs to be addressed. Make sure that you can receive email. Then try the lost password procedure again.
