prof provided this hint which I dont really understand but may be of help

the GNU version. In particular, the printf option is very helpful. Google will lead you to some helpful tutorials on find (the GNU verison). To use the GNU version, it is similar to the posting about using grep. In other words, you must either call the GNU version using
/usr/local/GNU/bin/find
or ssh into treebeard.berkeley.edu and use the find command there.

Problem with "find" and "grep" command

       anubis -- an SMTP message submission daemon.

SYNOPSIS

       anubis [options]

DESCRIPTION

       GNU Anubis is an SMTP message submission daemon. It represents an intermediate layer between mail user agent (MUA) and mail transport agent
       (MTA), receiving messages from the MUA, applying to them a set of predefined changes and finally inserting modified messages  into  an  MTA
       routing	network.  The  set of changes applied to a message is configurable on a system-wide and per-user basis. The built-in configuration
