Hi Vino,

Thank you so much.... Its working.
But we need to change the month as

month="jan feb mar apr may jun jul aug sep oct nov dec"

One more thing, I get the following message for the month when it cannot find the file.

cp: Insufficient arguments (0)
Usage: cp [-f] [-i] [-p] f1 f2
cp [-f] [-i] [-p] f1 ... fn d1
cp -r|R [-f] [-i] [-p] d1 ... dn-1 dn
