We had both, they are based on U60 mobo, the differences are:

Netra 1125 is much smaller depth-wise
E220R is larger
E220R is slightly louder
E220R can have Redundant Power
E220R has hotswap disks
E220R is easier to service (Memory modules in Netra 1125 are hidden under Power Supply, which is a PITA to remove)

That is about all. You can equip 1125 with X1195A without problems.

I would choose E220R over Netra 1125 if possible, unless space is an issue.
