DESCRIPTION
The function draws an pie.
PARAMETERS
o $printer_handle
-$printer_handle must be a valid printer handle.
o $rec_x
-$rec_x is the upper left x coordinate of the bounding rectangle.
o $rec_y
-$rec_y is the upper left y coordinate of the bounding rectangle.
o $rec_x1
-$rec_x1 is the lower right x coordinate of the bounding rectangle.
o $rec_y1
