In order to get HP certifications of any type, you first need an HP Student ID#. Call (800) 732-5741 and request a student ID. You will have that for the rest of your HP life. If you already have one, then disregard calling for a number.

Then you can proceed to this website and it will list everything you need and the tests that need to be passed in order to be certified.

Some tests are web based and some are Prometrics (which means you have to go to a testing facility to take the exam).
