Did RedHat 9 use XFree86? While FC3 makes use of Xorg?
Your screen section appears to be your problem. Re-run xorgcfg or xorgconfig or xorgsetup and try setting up your screen section again.

hi guys i tryed to in stall nvidia driver the other day then i got no kernel found i installed the latest kernal for the drivers rpm based from ftp.nvidia.com and downloaded the pkg 1,2 and the src and the reg bin rpm

In my home network I have a windows XP server and a Redhat FC3 Linux server. The linux server has ssh open to the internet. What I'd like to do is ssh into the FC3 machine and "wakeup" the windows XP box which is in standby mode. Anyone know a way to achieve this? (1 Reply)
