nVidia + CMI sound

Hi there,
can somebohy help me with Solaris 8 (x86) ver. 02/2002. I cannot run it with nVidia GeForce 2 MX 440 graphic card in resolution up to 640x480. Is there some driver for this card? And this problen is with sound card CMI 8738. If somebody can write me a location, where I can download it or way to run it.
