Which are you concerned about - what to do with over 300 emails or with something killing off processes?
Email - delete it.
As far as the processes being killed off - start with who sent the email - more than likely, it is from the user id that did the killing (presumed root). Check root's crontab for scripts that run quite often or check your OS /etc/inittab file (post your OS for more help).

I am running synsort utility via unix scripts.
As soon as the control reaches the syncsort command,Its getting killed.
The error message is
