those settings are in your monitors manual. it is important to get those settings right, as entering the wrong ones could damage your hardware.. however you monitor has a protection feature, hence the 'over range' message (be glad its there).

if you cant find the vsync and refresh numbers, just go very low and youll have no problem. 640x480 and like 32hz for the refresh rate should be safe.

set it very low, and work your way up from there.

are you running X? the Xf86 config file is where you can specify these settings. if your not running X and getting the out of range message on your monitor, then try changing the monitors settings if it supports that.

RLIMIT_STACK signal's

I'am expecting a signal, but no signal is received when the stack-size reaches 10 bytes. Here in this code i'am setting rlim_cur=10bytes. systemd-ask-password-console.service, systemd-ask-password-console.path, systemd-ask-password-wall.service, systemd-ask-password-wall.path - Query the user for system passwords on the console and via wall SYNOPSIS
systemd-ask-password-console.service systemd-ask-password-console.path systemd-ask-password-wall.service systemd-ask-password-wall.path DESCRIPTION
systemd-ask-password-console.service is a system service that queries the user for system passwords (such as hard disk encryption keys and SSL certificate passphrases) on the console. It is intended to be used during boot to ensure proper handling of passwords necessary for boot. systemd-ask-password-wall.service is a system service that informs all logged in users for system passwords via wall(1). It is intended to be used after boot to ensure that users are properly notified. See the developer documentation[1] for more information about the system password logic.
