IBM Server-I IP Add: 192.168.0.5
IBM Server-II IP Add: 192.168.0.6
Network Printer IP Add: 192.168.0.15

Hello,
I was trying to assign IP or Hostname to the system, but when I open any of the files:
/etc/hosts
/etc/inet/ipnodes
the files open in read-only mode. Thus, I can't edit it. I am doing this under root. What is the problem and how to get rid? Any suggestion? (8 Replies)

services-admin [OPTION...]
DESCRIPTION
services-admin is part of the GNOME system tools, a set of tools to easily access and manage system configuration.
services-admin allows you to specify which services will be started during the system boot process.
